8472 Research provides custom software engineering for automation, data-intensive systems, monitoring, and operational reliability. Each engagement is a separate project defined by a written scope, price or milestone schedule, deliverables, and acceptance criteria. Qualified inquiries can proceed to a technical fit discussion before paid work; contracting identity and business details are provided privately in the written proposal before acceptance or payment. All proposals and invoices are denominated in USD.

Requirements analysis, architecture design, technical planning, data flow, state models, and integration boundaries.

Custom Automation & Bot Engineering

Project-specific automation, evaluation pipelines, schedulers, stateful workflows, and client-operated bot infrastructure. Where delivered software can submit client-directed transactions through a third-party API, the client alone operates it and controls the accounts, credentials, funds, configuration, and decisions.

Data & Monitoring Infrastructure

Data ingestion, validation, storage, telemetry, alerts, audit records, dashboards, and operational reporting.

Deployment & Reliability Support

Environment setup, recovery design, reconciliation, fault isolation, documentation, handover, and optional maintenance.

Initial Inquiry

Describe the technical objective, current environment, required integrations, and intended delivery timeframe. 8472 Research aims to acknowledge inquiries within two business days.

Scope & Written Proposal

Suitable projects receive a written scope covering deliverables, milestones, responsibilities, pricing, and acceptance criteria.

Milestone Delivery & Handover

Work proceeds only after agreement. Deliverables are reviewed against the stated criteria and handed over with documentation.
Client System Inquiry

Do not submit passwords, API keys, private keys, production credentials, complete proprietary rules, or other sensitive material through this form.

Data Handling

Information is used to evaluate and respond to the inquiry. Form submissions are processed by Formspree for spam screening, submission history, and message delivery under its terms and privacy practices. Information is not sold or used for unrelated marketing.
