When you use the inquiry form or send an email, 8472 Research may receive your name, email address, organization, role, project type, project description, and any other information you choose to provide. Please do not send passwords, private keys, payment-card details, exchange credentials, or other production secrets through the website form.
Hosting, content-delivery, security, and form providers may process basic technical records such as IP address, browser type, request time, requested page, and security events. These records are used to deliver and protect the website, diagnose failures, and prevent abuse.
If a project proceeds, 8472 Research may keep the accepted proposal, correspondence, delivery records, invoices, and payment status needed to perform the work, provide support, maintain accounting records, and resolve disputes. If Stripe is later used for payment, Stripe processes payment credentials under its own privacy terms; this website does not store full card details.
